Trading with Confidence in HUB
TradeStation
December 18, 2025

What HUB does

TradeStation HUB is a browser‑based workspace that lets you see positions, manage orders, and place new trades from a single, streamlined view. It focuses on clear navigation and in‑line controls so you can act quickly without jumping between multiple windows.

Layout and navigation

When you sign in, HUB presents a clean layout with your key areas always in reach. A top bar shows your active account, while the main navigation lets you move between Positions, Orders, and other views in one click.

Key elements include:

  • The account selector at the top to confirm which account you are trading in.

  • Search and filters to find symbols quickly and focus on specific asset classes or strategies.

Using the trade ticket

The trade ticket is your central order entry panel, accessible from buttons in Positions, Orders, or search results. It is organized so you can define a trade in a few focused steps, with symbol and account at the top, then quantity and price grouped together beneath.

To streamline order entry:

  • Fixed‑quantity buttons let you size trades quickly without typing in share or contract amounts.

  • Bid, Ask, and Mid buttons can auto‑populate prices, leaving you to fine‑tune only when needed.

  • A clear Review and Buy/Sell section at the bottom gives you a final confirmation step before the order is sent.

Positions view

The Positions view shows everything you currently hold and puts key actions right where you need them. Inline buttons such as Buy, Sell, and Close sit next to each position so you can scale in or exit directly from your holdings.

For deeper control from the same screen:

  • Right‑click menus add shortcuts like Close at Market, Reverse, Set Take Profit, and Set Stop Loss.

  • These actions help you define exits and manage risk quickly without rebuilding each order from scratch.

The Orders tab presents working, filled, and canceled orders in a simple list, with filters so you can focus on what is still open. A status column and visual cues help you pick out which orders are active at a glance.

From this view:

  • Actions like Replace open a prefilled trade ticket so you can adjust price, size, or duration in a few clicks.

  • You avoid creating new tickets from scratch when market conditions change.

Options, futures, and portfolio tools

For options, a strategy drop‑down in the trade ticket lets you choose multi‑leg structures such as iron condors or spreads, automatically creating and grouping the legs so you can adjust strikes, expirations, and net price in one place.

When you enter a futures symbol, HUB switches the ticket to the correct futures account and keeps the same familiar layout, with duration choices like GTC for multi‑day setups. You can expand symbol details to see intraday price and day range, helping you visualize where your order sits within current volatility.

At the portfolio level, HUB supports broader portfolio adjustments when you need to move quickly. From Positions, you can use close‑style controls to exit selected holdings or a percentage of the portfolio in one workflow, then review a consolidated ticket before sending all related orders.

TradeStation HUB gives you direct control over your trades, whether you are scaling in, rolling spreads, or managing futures. When you are ready for more advanced tools, TITAN X is just a click away.
