Why Use Trade Manager?
The Trade Manager window shows all your trade and account activity in real time, with clear, color-coded order status indicators: open orders appear in gray, filled orders in blue, and canceled orders in orange. This immediate visual feedback ensures you always know the status of your trades, helping you react quickly when market conditions change.

Getting Started with Trade Manager

• Access the Tool
  Click the Apps button at the top of your TradeStation platform and select the Trade Manager icon to open the interface.
• Monitor Orders Efficiently
  Within the Trade Manager, use the Orders tab at the bottom to view your most recent orders in chronological order. Utilize the filter box to narrow down orders by symbol, account number, order status, or date range, allowing you to quickly find exactly what you need.
• Quick Actions for Orders
  Need to modify or cancel an order? Simply right-click on it to access options such as cancel, replace, or copy order settings to the Trade Bar for rapid new order placement. During volatile market conditions, you can cancel all open orders with a single click, saving valuable time.
• Optimize Order Placement
  Use the Staged Orders tab to prepare orders ahead of time and submit them instantly when ready. This reduces errors and lets you act quickly as market conditions evolve.

Managing Positions and Performance

• The Positions tab provides a sortable list of your current holdings, including open profit/loss figures, so you can identify and manage positions requiring attention. You can right-click to close or reverse positions swiftly.
• The Balances tab offers a snapshot of your buying power, trading levels, and account balances, helping you keep track of your overall trading capacity.
