Brokerage Integration with TipRanks Launched

TradeStation is collaborating with TipRanks to help customers act on research in a single interface.

The service uses a secure API to let TradeStation customers access their brokerage accounts from select third-party website. Users can buy and sell stocks and equity options directly from TipRanks, which features real-time research and analyst insights.

The integration provides a single interface, saving time for retail investors who must frequently shift between research and trading platforms. It’s intended to help unite fragmented workflows, closing the gap with institutional investors.

TipRanks combines eight factors into a Smart Score for individual stocks. The system includes analyst rates, insider transactions and news sentiment. TipRanks also breaks down technical analysis, unusual options trades and hedge-fund activity. It was founded in 2012.
