Add – Execution adds liquidity to that venue’s order book.
Route – Execution when venue re-routes the order to another venue.
Auctions – Execution as part of Opening, Closing, MOC, LOC, etc.
Hidden – Execution as non-displayed order types.
All fees/rebates are listed in dollars per share unless shown as a %.
% – Percent notional value of the trade.
