The Information Technology/Security teams are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of TradeStation information and systems. Through continuous alignment with the business, the team provides governance, maintenance, and functionality of the technology systems overall.

The Marketing and Communications team strategically and creatively drives all initiatives related to corporate and internal branding. The team employs brand and product communication strategies through multiple channels of advertising and media planning/execution.

The Project Management Office is responsible for managing strategic corporate projects from conceptual planning through implementation. Projects and programs range from technical integrations to launching new product lines.

Our Client Experience team provides clients with one-on-one trade and platform support to deliver best-in-class products, services and support.

As the ambassador to TradeStation, Human Resources drives the entire employee experience. The team is responsible for onboarding and facilitating a successful integration into the organization and its corporate culture.

Legal and Compliance teams are responsible for ensuring that TradeStation conducts businesses in accordance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, as well as professional standards, accepted business practices, and internal policies and procedures. This includes adherence to requirements from regulatory bodies such as the SEC and FINRA, and the CFTC, CME and NFA.

Brokerage Operations team members provide oversight of settlement processes including reconciliation, corporate action processing and direction for transaction posting.

The Client Onboarding team is responsible for account opening procedures for TradeStation customers. The Treasury/ACAT team provides account processing and maintenance.

The Risk Management function at TradeStation uses an industry-standard Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) approach, seeking to improve business outcomes, decision making and overall strategy. The role of Internal Audit is to provide independent assurance that an organization’s risk management, governance, and internal control processes are operating effectively.

The Finance and Accounting department manages the financial activities of the company, and provides analysis, verification, and reporting of financial results.
