TradeStation is a sophisticated platform with sophisticated users. While it’s simple to use, our technology also offers significant opportunities for customization and advanced functionality. This blog will explain some resources to help customers navigate available tools.<\/p>\n

Traders can begin at the homepage,\u00a0TradeStation.com\u00a0and click the \u201cSign in\u201d button in the main navigation bar at the top.<\/p>\n

After providing credentials, customers will see the main dashboard of HUB. The top right has buttons for their profile, messages and a chat icon for help. Clicking on the chat icon will open a section on the right with resources like frequently asked questions, education and live chat. Near the bottom is a button for Community forums.<\/p>\n

Following this link will open a new window with TradeStation’s Forums, which include thousands of posts from users over the years. It’s a vibrant community where traders of all experience levels come together to share ideas, troubleshoot strategies and develop tools. Regardless of your experience, forums are open to all.<\/p>\n

Navigation menus at the top can jump to categories like software, order execution and EasyLanguage. (EasyLanguage is TradeStation\u2019s proprietary programming language for creating and customizing indicators, strategies, and trading automations.)<\/p>\n

The TradeStation and EasyLanguage Support Forum at the top is a potentially useful link for many customers.<\/p>\n

Users can view entries based on types like questions or whether they’ve been resolved. There is also an Advanced Forum Search at the top right with detailed parameters for keywords, dates and author.<\/p>\n

Following Topics and Users<\/h2>\n

Clicking on a Topic will open a thread with a series of answers. Users can post to the thread using the input form at the bottom.<\/p>\n

They can also subscribe to a topic to receive email updates. Clicking on a user’s name will open their profile, where you can see their recent posts, send them a message or subscribe to all their postings.<\/p>\n

Finally, you can manage your screen name for the forums and associated email in HUB, the page that appears immediately after logging into TradeStation.com. Customers can follow these steps from HUB:<\/p>\n

  • Select the Manage item. A new page will open.<\/li>\n
