John Bartleman serves as President of TradeStation Group, Inc. and is a member of its Board of Directors. Prior to those roles Mr. Bartleman served as Vice President of Brokerage Operations and Chief Growth Officer of TradeStation Group and Vice President of Product Management of TradeStation Securities.
Prior to joining TradeStation, Mr. Bartleman was a Research Systems Analyst for Franklin Templeton Investments.
Mr. Bartleman received his bachelor's degree in International Relations and Political Science from Florida International University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Chief Strategic Officer and Member of the Board of Directors
Takashi Oyagi serves as Chief Strategic Officer of TradeStation Group, Inc. and is a member of its Board of Directors. He also serves as Chief Strategic Officer and is a member of the board of directors of Monex Group, Inc., the parent company of TradeStation Group since June 2011. Prior to these roles, Mr. Oyagi served as an Executive Director of Monex Group, responsible for business development in China and Hong Kong. He is one of four founding members of Monex, Inc., an online securities broker subsidiary of Monex Group that was established in 1999.
Mr. Oyagi has also served as a Director at the Global Markets Division of Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. in New York, covering institutional clients for fixed-income products. Prior to that, he served with the Asian Special Situation Group at Goldman Sachs (Japan) Ltd., trading non-performing loans. He started his career with the Bank of Japan.
Mr. Oyagi earned his bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Tokyo and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago.
Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, Secretary, and Member of the Board of Directors
Marc J. Stone joined the company as its chief legal officer in 1997. In addition to oversight of the company’s Legal, Compliance, Risk and Internal Audit departments, Mr. Stone has primary management responsibilities for the structure, negotiation and closing of important company transactions and business relationships, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic partner opportunities, software technology licensing, financing, clearance, leases, and vendor relationships. Mr. Stone has a bachelor's degree in English & American Literature and Theatre Arts & Dramatic Literature from Brown University, and earned his law degree from the University of California (Boalt Hall) School of Law at Berkeley. He is a member of the Bar of the State of New York, the Florida Bar and the New York State Bar Association.
Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
Greg Vance serves as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of TradeStation Group, Inc., managing the company’s consolidated financial operations, including controllership, tax and treasury, and financial strategy, planning and analysis.
Prior to joining TradeStation, Mr. Vance held various senior leadership positions at FIS (formerly, SunGard Data Systems), a global provider of financial software solutions and services. At FIS, Mr. Vance established and then ran a Project Management Office and had P&L responsibility of a business line as Chief Administrative Officer, Business Operations – Asset Management & Insurance. At SunGard, as Senior Vice President of Finance, he managed all financial aspects of its Wealth Management and Brokerage Group, then assumed the same position and responsibilities for SunGard’s Asset Management and Insurance Group. Prior to SunGard, Mr. Vance held positions at Thomson Reuters and Arthur Andersen, LLP.
Mr. Vance is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, with honors, from the University of Illinois.
Chief Brokerage Officer
President and Chief Operating Officer, TradeStation Securities, Inc.
Peter Korotkiy serves as Chief Brokerage Officer of TradeStation Group, Inc., as well as President and Chief Operating Officer of TradeStation Securities, Inc. In these roles, Mr. Korotkiy has overall responsibility for the operations and services of the company’s brokerage businesses.
Mr. Korotkiy has held various executive-level positions throughout his 20-year tenure in the financial industry. Before joining TradeStation, he worked eight years at Trade Monster as Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Trade Monster, Mr. Korotkiy worked eight years at E*TRADE in various leadership positions across the organization.
Mr. Korotkiy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Georgia.
Chief Technology Officer
President, TradeStation Technologies, Inc.
Michael Fisch joined TradeStation in 2014, where he is responsible for shaping product strategy and transforming the company’s Product Development division to support Monex Group’s “Global Vision” strategy. Prior to joining TradeStation, Mr. Fisch served as Chief Technology Officer for SunGard Wealth Management’s business unit, where he integrated four product development teams to build a Wealth & Retirement Platform. Previously, he served SunGard as Vice President of Operations, where he facilitated business expansion and was responsible for the strategic planning and direction of all activities associated with SunGard.
Chief Growth Officer
Hans Stimming serves as CGO of TradeStation Group, Inc., where he works across the areas of marketing, product strategy and client education to drive growth. Previously, he served in several senior product management roles at TradeStation in areas covering order execution trading technology and the TradeStation trading platform generally.
Mr. Stimming received a master's degree in Business Administration from Florida International University in 1998, a Master of Science degree in Economics from Florida Atlantic University in 2009, and a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogota, Colombia, in 1994.
