Manually and Automatically Test High-Speed Servers for trading US and International Stocks, Options, Futures and Foreign Exchange.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and understand Specifications from Product Management or Exchanges
  • Implement C# or C++ based Fitnesse style tests on Windows 2008
  • Execute tests automatically or manually
  • Work with developers to resolve any issues
  • Write reports on test outcomes

Requirements:

  • Windows 2008 (Linux background Ok)
  • Proven history with automated testing using C#, FITNESSE, cppunit or similar
  • Troubleshooting Skill with Logs or Dumps are Essential
  • Must be able to easily understand complex written requirements

Additional Skills Desirable:

  • Agile or Scrum experience (or at least embrace the concepts)
  • Familiarity with Equities, Options, Futures or Forex transactional flows
  • Experience with the FIX protocol
  • SQL Database Programming with SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL or Sybase
  • Bachelor Degree Required
  • At least 3 years commercial software QA or testing experience
