The Agile Tester is responsible for defining the test cases and scripts to thoroughly test the developer’s releases. The applicant must have good knowledge and experience in data transmission and distribution implantation. The candidate is expected to make good judgment and recommendation about implantation from her or his test result. A strong technical background with a wide degree of technical proficiency, creativity and latitude is expected. Experience with Scrum and Agile development is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Create a comprehensive regression test suites for different testing projects written in SQL Server development tools, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS and .Net Visual Studio C# and Visual Basic.
- Test execution as needed and day to day interaction with Product Owner and colleges in the Plantation, FL office.
- Submit and verify change requests.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong database development, query optimization, performance tuning, integration and reporting services and configuration are required.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle is expected and experience in database administration and .Net Visual Studio are also required.
- Business intelligence and analysis service experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical degree.
