TradeStation Group Reports Monthly Business Metrics

Plantation FL, February 19, 2008 – TradeStation Group, Inc. (NASDAQ GS: TRAD) today reported the following business metrics for the month ended January 31, 2008:

  • 115,338 Daily Average Revenue Trades (DARTs)
  • Total client assets of $1.7 billion (as of January 31, 2008)
  • Average equities client credit balances of $587 million
  • Average equities client margin balances of $93 million

Year over year, TradeStation’s DARTs increased 71%, total client assets increased 7%, average equities client credit balances increased 12%, and average equities client margin balances increased 26%. Below in tabular format are year-over-year comparisons of those metrics on both a monthly and quarterly basis:
