Salomon Sredni joined the Company in December 1996 as its Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer and was named Treasurer and a director of the Company in July 1997. In September 1999, he was named President and Chief Operating Officer, and became Chief Executive Officer and President in February 2007. In June 2009, Mr. Sredni was elected Chairman of the Board and held this position until the Company was acquired by Monex Group, Inc. in June 2011. In November 2011, Mr. Sredni was named Chief Operating Officer of Monex Group, Inc.  and is also a member of the Global Management Committee for Monex Group. Mr. Sredni was recognized, together with the Company's co-founders, Bill and Ralph Cruz, as the "Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year" for the State of Florida in 2005.

Before joining the Company, Mr. Sredni was Vice President of Accounting and Corporate Controller at IVAX Corporation, a publicly-held pharmaceutical company, from August 1994 to November 1996. Prior to that time, from January 1988 to August 1994, Mr. Sredni was with Arthur Andersen LLP, an international accounting firm.

Mr. Sredni is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has a bachelor's degree in accounting from The Pennsylvania State University.

Mr. Sredni serves and has served on the board of various nonprofit organizations in the community including the David Posnack Hebrew Day school (where he served as Chairman of the Board for two years), the Jewish federation of Broward county and the Jewish Community Foundation. He is a founding member of the Miami chapter of the Young Presidents Organization where he served as its chairman for two terms. He is also a member of the Orange Bowl Committee and is also a member of the Ambassadors Board of Nova Southeastern University.

Mr. Black was appointed Vice President of Product Development for TradeStation Technologies, Inc. in February 2007. Prior to that, from October 1999 through February 2007, he served as Vice President of Server Technology for TradeStation Technologies.

Before joining the company, from October 1991 through October 1999, Mr. Black was a co-founder and President of Window On WallStreet Inc., which was acquired by the Company in October of 1999. Prior to founding Window On WallStreet, Mr. Black served, from 1985 through October 1991, as a Senior Software Engineer or Software Consultant for various companies, including Electronic Data Systems (EDS), Micrografx, Inc., and Software AG, USA.

Mr. Black received a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of North Texas in 1985.

William P. Cahill was appointed TradeStation Group's Vice President of Brokerage Operations in October 2008 and was named President & Chief Operating Officer and Designated Executive Principal of TradeStation Securities, Inc., the company's principal operating subsidiary, effective January 1, 2009. Mr. Cahill joined TradeStation Securities, Inc. as Chief Operating Officer in 2004. Over his long career in the brokerage industry, Mr. Cahill has served as chief operating officer and in similar senior management roles with various brokerage firms.

From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Cahill served as Senior Vice President, Operations Analysis of Fahnestock & Co., Inc. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Cahill served as Chief Operating Officer of Wyse Securities, a division of Pyramid Financial Corporation. From 1998 to 1999, Mr. Cahill served as Managing Director of Operations for the Montgomery Division of Banc of America Securities LLC. From 1992 to 1998, Mr. Cahill served as Vice President, Operations of J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and, from 1984 to 1992, Mr. Cahill served as Vice President, Operations of Newbridge Securities Inc.

Edward H. Codispoti was named Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Treasurer of TradeStation Group, Inc. in September 2011. From September 2007 through September 2011, Mr. Codispoti served as the company's Corporate Controller and Vice President of Accounting and was also named the company's Chief Accounting Officer in February 2010. From April 2003 to June 2007, and from March 1997 to August 1999, Mr. Codispoti served in various financial capacities for Kos Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and subsidiaries, then a publicly-held pharmaceutical company, including serving as Vice President of Financial Reporting and Assistant Controller. Mr. Codispoti's other financial positions have been with Independent Purchasing Cooperative, Inc. and Marex, Inc. Mr. Codispoti began his career at Arthur Andersen, LLP. He is a Certified Public Accountant, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Codispoti earned his Bachelor of Accounting and Master of Accounting degrees from Florida International University.

Takashi Oyagi joined the TradeStation Group, Inc. management team as Chief Strategic Officer in November 2011, and has been a Member of the TradeStation Board of Directors since June 2011. He has also served as Chief Strategic Officer of Monex Group, Inc., the parent company of TradeStation Group, since February 2011 and has been a Member of the Monex Board of Directors since June 2011. Prior to that he was an Executive Director of Monex Group, Inc., responsible for the business development in China and Hong Kong. He was one of four founding members of Monex, Inc., an online securities broker subsidiary of Monex Group, Inc., when it was established in April 1999.

From May 2004 to July 2007, he was a Director at the Global Markets Division of Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. in New York, covering institutional clients for fixed income products. In April 1999 he joined Monex, Inc. in Tokyo as a founding member of the company and served various positions including Chief Administrative Officer until December 2003. Prior to that, he served Goldman Sachs (Japan) Ltd. at the Asian Special Situation Group, trading non-performing loans. He started his career at the Bank of Japan in 1991.

Mr. Oyagi has an MBA degree in analytic finance and statistics from the University of Chicago (1997) and received a Bachelor's degree in law from the University of Tokyo (1991).

Enrique Pizzi is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of TradeStation Group, Inc.  Mr. Pizzi is responsible for setting the overall direction of the Information Technology efforts of the company with a focus on strategic solutions to further business goals.  

He leads TradeStation's Information Technology, cyber security, application development, operations and Infrastructure Teams.  Mr. Pizzi’s expertise include risk management, business automation, strategic alignment and mergers & acquisitions.  He was appointed Chief Information Officer of TradeStation Group in 2005.  

Mr. Pizzi joined Omega Research, Inc in March of 1997 as manager of Information Systems.  He was promoted to Director in February of 1999, later promoted to Vice President in March of 2000.   Mr. Pizzi began his information technology career in 1990 at IVAX Industries, Inc.  a subsidiary of IVAX Corporation, a publicly-held pharmaceutical company.  He was promoted to the IVAX Corporation Information Technologies Department in 1992 where he held several technical positions that supported the multinational subsidiaries of the Company.

John R. Roberts was appointed TradeStation Group's Chief Operating Officer effective January 1, 2009. He joined TradeStation Group as Chief Marketing Officer on July 1, 2007. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Roberts served as Chief Marketing Officer and a Managing Director of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME), the world's largest financial exchange, serving as its first chief marketing officer following its initial public offering.

From 1999 to 2004, Mr. Roberts was a Managing Director of Barclays Global Investors (BGI), an asset manager managing active and indexed funds, serving as Head of Marketing and Communications from 2000 to 2004. Prior to BGI, Mr. Roberts served, from 1988 to 1999, as Senior Vice President, Marketing, of the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE), where he directed worldwide business development, and helped create the Options Industry Council, a recognized leader in options education.

Mr. Roberts's other marketing positions have been with Citicorp Savings of Florida, Campbell Soup Company, and General Mills. Mr. Roberts has an MBA degree in marketing from Amos Tuck School and a bachelor's degree in math and economics from Dartmouth College.

Gary Weiss joined TradeStation in April 2009 as Vice President of Global Foreign Exchange and Futures. Mr. Weiss also serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of TradeStation Forex Inc.

Prior to joining TradeStation, Mr. Weiss held other senior management positions related to both foreign exchange and capital markets businesses.

From 2005 to 2008, Mr. Weiss was the Co-Head of Electronic Foreign Exchange at MF Global Inc. From 1984 to 2005, Mr. Weiss held various positions at Refco Group Ltd., serving alternately as CEO of the Capital Markets Group and President of Global Foreign Exchange.

Mr. Weiss received a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and Mathematics from the State University of New York at Oneonta.
