Salomon Sredni joined TradeStation Group, Inc. in 1996 as its Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer, and was named Treasurer and a Director of the company the following year. In 1999, he was named President and Chief Operating Officer. He was recognized, together with the company's co-founders, Bill and Ralph Cruz, as the "Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year" for the State of Florida in 2005.
Mr. Sredni became Chief Executive Officer and President of the company in 2007, and two years later was elected Chairman of the Board, a position he held until the company was acquired by Monex Group, Inc. in 2011. That year, he was named Chief Operating Officer of Monex Group, Inc. and appointed to Monex Group’s Global Management Committee. In 2012, Mr. Sredni was elected to the Board of Directors of Monex Group, Inc. and was recognized by the South Florida Business Journal as a “Broward County Ultimate CEO.”
Before joining the company, Mr. Sredni was Vice President of Accounting and Corporate Controller for IVAX Corporation, a publicly held pharmaceutical company, and worked for Arthur Andersen LLP, an international accounting firm.
Mr. Sredni is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He earned a Bachelor of Accounting degree from The Pennsylvania State University.

Edward H. Codispoti was named Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Treasurer of TradeStation Group, Inc. in 2011. Prior to that, he served as the company's Corporate Controller, Vice President of Accounting and Chief Accounting Officer.
Previously, Mr. Codispoti served as Vice President of Financial Reporting and Assistant Controller for Kos Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a publicly held pharmaceutical company. He has also worked for Independent Purchasing Cooperative, Inc., Marex, Inc. and Arthur Andersen, LLP.
Mr. Codispoti is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He earned his Bachelor of Accounting and Master of Accounting degrees from Florida International University.

Marc J. Stone joined TradeStation Group, Inc. in 1997 as its General Counsel, Vice President of Corporate Development and Secretary.
Mr. Stone has served on the Boards of Directors and as an executive registered principal or executive officer of the company's operating subsidiaries (TradeStation Securities, Inc., TradeStation Technologies, Inc. and TradeStation Europe Limited), and as TradeStation Securities’ membership representative at the New York Stock Exchange and American Stock Exchange.
In addition to oversight of the company’s Legal and Compliance department, Mr. Stone has primary management responsibilities for the structure, negotiation and closing of important company transactions and business relationships, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic partner opportunities, financing, clearance, leases, vendor relationships, and software technology licensing.
Mr. Stone has a bachelor's degree in English & American Literature and Theatre Arts & Dramatic Literature from Brown University, and earned his law degree from the University of California (Boalt Hall) School of Law at Berkeley. He is a member of the Bar of the State of New York, the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.

Takashi Oyagi joined TradeStation Group, Inc. as Chief Strategic Officer, and has been a member of its Board of Directors, since 2011. He has also served as Chief Strategic Officer of Monex Group, Inc., the parent company of TradeStation Group, and has been a Member of the Monex Board of Directors, since 2011.
Prior to that, he was an Executive Director of Monex Group, Inc., responsible for business development in China and Hong Kong. He was one of four founding members of Monex, Inc., an online securities broker subsidiary of Monex Group, Inc. that was established in 1999.
Mr. Oyagi also served as a Director at the Global Markets Division of Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. in New York, covering institutional clients for fixed-income products. Prior to that, he served Goldman Sachs (Japan) Ltd. at the Asian Special Situation Group, trading non-performing loans. He started his career with the Bank of Japan.
Mr. Oyagi earned a bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Tokyo and holds an MBA degree in Analytic Finance and Statistics from the University of Chicago.

Enrique Pizzi is Chief Information Officer (CIO) of TradeStation Group, Inc. He is responsible for setting the overall direction of the company’s information technology efforts, with a focus on strategic solutions to further business goals.
Mr. Pizzi leads TradeStation's information technology, cybersecurity, application development, operations and infrastructure teams. His expertise includes risk management, business automation, strategic alignment and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Pizzi joined Omega Research, Inc. in 1997 as Manager of Information Systems, and was promoted to Director and later to Vice President. He began his career in 1990 at IVAX Industries, Inc., a subsidiary of IVAX Corporation, a publicly held pharmaceutical company, where he held several technical positions that supported the company’s multinational subsidiaries.

John R. Roberts was appointed TradeStation Group's Chief Operating Officer in 2009. He joined TradeStation Group as Chief Marketing Officer in 2007. Previously, Mr. Roberts served as Chief Marketing Officer and a Managing Director of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME), the first chief marketing officer following CME’s initial public offering.
Prior to that, Mr. Roberts was a Managing Director of Barclays Global Investors (BGI), an asset manager managing active and indexed funds, serving as Head of Marketing and Communications. Prior to BGI, Mr. Roberts served as Senior Vice President, Marketing, for the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE), where he directed worldwide business development and helped create the Options Industry Council, a recognized leader in options education.
Mr. Roberts's other marketing positions have been with Citicorp Savings of Florida, Campbell Soup Company, and General Mills. Mr. Roberts has an MBA degree in Marketing from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a bachelor's degree in Math and Economics from Dartmouth College.

Michael Fisch joined TradeStation in 2014 as Chief Development Officer, where he is responsible for shaping product strategy and transforming the company’s Product Development division to support Monex Group’s “Global Vision” strategy.
Prior to joining TradeStation, Mr. Fisch served as Chief Technology Officer for SunGard Wealth Management’s business unit, where he integrated four product development teams to build a Wealth & Retirement Platform.
Previously, he served SunGard as Vice President of Operations, where he facilitated business expansion and was responsible for the strategic planning and direction of all activities associated with SunGard Transaction Network’s technology development, including software development, IT operations, technical support and security administration.
Mr. Fisch holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and History from the State University of New York at Brockport.

John Bartleman currently serves as Vice President of Brokerage Operations of TradeStation Group, Inc. and as President of TradeStation Securities, Inc. and IBFX, Inc.
Previously, Mr. Bartleman served as Chief Growth Officer for TradeStation Group, Inc. and Vice President of Product Management for TradeStation Securities, Inc.
Prior to joining TradeStation, Mr. Bartleman was a Research Systems Analyst for Franklin Templeton Investments.

Global Equities and Futures, TradeStation Securities, Inc.
Nicholas LaMaina has served as Vice President of Global Equities and Futures of TradeStation Securities, Inc. since 2013. Mr. LaMaina is responsible for strengthening the brokerage product and service offering to realize the company’s global vision and is the firm’s designated executive liaison and customer advocate for more than a dozen industry groups and committees.
Previously, Mr. LaMaina served TradeStation Securities as Vice President, Global Order Routing, Director of Product Management and in various leadership roles in Product Management and Quality Assurance that transformed the company into a multi-asset online brokerage.
Mr. LaMaina studied Computer Engineering at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida.
Vice President of Global Human Resources, TradeStation Group, Inc.
Andrea Maizes joined TradeStation as Vice President of Human Resources in 2013. She brings more than 25 years’ experience in human resource management in the technology and professional services sectors, and works closely with the executive team on talent acquisition and employee development and engagement programs.
Previously, Ms. Maizes served as Vice President of Human Resources at Equitrac, a document imaging company, and held leadership roles in human resources, recruiting and resource management at Convergent Group, Cambridge Technology Partners, Arthur Anderson and Deloitte and Touche.
Ms. Maizes earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Jeremy Davies is CEO of London-based TradeStation Europe Limited (TSEL), an FCA-regulated introducing broker to TradeStation Group affiliates.
TSEL serves as the springboard for TradeStation’s international expansion, and Mr. Davies is responsible for international (excluding North and South America) relationships at the retail and institutional levels, as well as the company’s growing business-to-business relationships.
Previously, Mr. Davies held director and senior management positions at Lazard, Panmure Gordon & Co., WestLB AG, Standard Chartered PLC and Morgan Stanley. He is an FCA-approved and Fellow of the Society of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Mr. Davies received his degree in Economics from the University of Stirling in Stirling, Scotland.
