President, TradeStation Securities, Inc.
John Bartleman serves as President of TradeStation Group, Inc. and TradeStation Securities, Inc. Prior to those roles Mr. Bartleman had served as Vice President of Brokerage Operations and Chief Growth Officer of TradeStation Group and Vice President of Product Management of TradeStation Securities.
Prior to joining TradeStation, Mr. Bartleman was a Research Systems Analyst for Franklin Templeton Investments.
Mr. Bartleman received a bachelor's degree in International Relations and Political Science from Florida International University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Chief Strategic Officer and Member of Board of Directors
Takashi Oyagi serves as Chief Strategic Officer of TradeStation Group, Inc. and a member of its Board of Directors. He also serves as Chief Strategic Officer and a member of the board of directors of Monex Group, Inc., the parent company of TradeStation Group since June 2011. Prior to those roles, Mr. Oyagi served as an Executive Director of Monex Group, responsible for business development in China and Hong Kong. He is one of four founding members of Monex, Inc., an online securities broker subsidiary of Monex Group that was established in 1999.
Mr. Oyagi has also served as a Director at the Global Markets Division of Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. in New York, covering institutional clients for fixed-income products. Prior to that, he served Goldman Sachs (Japan) Ltd. at the Asian Special Situation Group, trading non-performing loans. He started his career with the Bank of Japan.
Mr. Oyagi earned a bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Tokyo and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago.
Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and Treasurer
Edward H. Codispoti serves as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of TradeStation Group, Inc. Prior to those roles he served as the company's Corporate Controller, Vice President of Accounting and Chief Accounting Officer.
Previously, Mr. Codispoti served as Vice President of Financial Reporting and Assistant Controller for Kos Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a publicly held pharmaceutical company. He has also worked for Independent Purchasing Cooperative, Inc., Marex, Inc. and Arthur Andersen, LLP.
Mr. Codispoti is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He earned his Bachelor of Accounting and Master of Accounting degrees from Florida International University.
Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Secretary
Marc Stone serves as Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Secretary of TradeStation Group, Inc., and as Vice President and Secretary of TradeStation Securities, Inc. and TradeStation Technologies, Inc. Over his years of service with the company Mr. Stone has served on the Boards of Directors and as an executive registered principal or executive officer of the company's operating subsidiaries, and as TradeStation Securities’ membership representative at the New York Stock Exchange and American Stock Exchange. In addition to oversight of the company’s Legal and Compliance department, Mr. Stone has primary management responsibilities for the structure, negotiation and closing of important company transactions and business relationships, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic partner opportunities, financing, clearance, leases, vendor relationships and software technology licensing.
Mr. Stone has a bachelor's degree in English & American Literature and Theatre Arts & Dramatic Literature from Brown University, and earned his law degree from the University of California (Boalt Hall) School of Law at Berkeley. He is a member of the Bar of the State of New York, the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
Chief Technology Officer
President, TradeStation Technologies, Inc.
Michael Fisch serves as Chief Technology Officer of TradeStation Group, Inc. and President of TradeStation Technologies, Inc., the company’s technology research and development subsidiary, where he is responsible for overseeing software and systems product development and information technology, and helping shape product strategy.
Prior to joining TradeStation, Mr. Fisch served as Chief Technology Officer for SunGard Wealth Management’s business unit, where he integrated four product development teams to build a Wealth & Retirement Platform. Mr. Fisch also served SunGard as a Vice President of Operations, where he was responsible for all activities associated with their technology and technical operations.
Mr. Fisch holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and History from the State University of New York at Brockport.
Chief Operating Officer
John R. Roberts serves as Chief Operating Officer of TradeStation Group, Inc. after having joined originally as Chief Marketing Officer.
Previously, Mr. Roberts served as Chief Marketing Officer and a Managing Director of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME), the first chief marketing officer following CME’s initial public offering. Prior to that, Mr. Roberts was a Managing Director of Barclays Global Investors (BGI), an asset manager managing active and indexed funds, serving as Head of Marketing and Communications. Prior to BGI, Mr. Roberts served as Senior Vice President, Marketing, for the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE), where he directed worldwide business development and helped create the Options Industry Council, a recognized leader in options education. Mr. Roberts's other marketing positions have been with Citicorp Savings of Florida, Campbell Soup Company, and General Mills.
Mr. Roberts has an MBA degree in Marketing from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a bachelor's degree in Math and Economics from Dartmouth College.
Vice President of Product Strategy
Hans Stimming serves as Vice President of Product Strategy of TradeStation Group, Inc. and TradeStation Securities, Inc., where he is responsible for shaping the product vision and user experience for the active trader market. Over the years he has served in several senior product management roles at TradeStation in areas covering order execution trading technology and the TradeStation trading platform generally.
Mr. Stimming received a master's degree in Business Administration from Florida International University in 1998, a Master of Science degree in Economics from Florida Atlantic University in 2009, and a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogota, Colombia, in 1994.
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Jodi Fronczke serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing of TradeStation Group, Inc. and TradeStation Securities, Inc., where she is responsible for customer acquisition efforts through advertising, marketing and sales.
Prior to joining TradeStation she was a Managing Director of Marketing for optionsXpress, a subsidiary of the Charles Schwab Corporation, responsible for marketing and advertising efforts. Prior to that, Ms. Fronczke worked at several advertising agencies, responsible for accounts across several industries and across multiple marketing disciplines.
Ms. Fronczke holds a MBA degree in Marketing from Georgia State University and a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Illinois State University.
Vice President of Brokerage Services
Peter Korotkiy serves as Vice President of Brokerage Services of TradeStation Group, Inc. and Chief Operating Officer of TradeStation Securities, Inc. In these roles Mr. Korotkiy has overall responsibility for the operations and services of the company’s brokerage businesses and activities.
Mr. Korotkiy has held various executive-level positions throughout his 18-year tenure in the financial industry. Before joining TradeStation, he worked eight years at Trade Monster as Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Trade Monster, Mr. Korotkiy worked eight years at E*TRADE in various leadership positions across the organization.
Mr. Korotkiy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Georgia.
Vice President of International
Chief Executive Officer, TradeStation Europe Limited
Jeremy Davies is Vice President of International for TradeStation Group, Inc. and CEO of London-based TradeStation Europe Limited (TSEL), an FCA-regulated introducing broker. TSEL serves as the springboard for TradeStation’s international expansion, and Mr. Davies is responsible for international (excluding North and South America) relationships at the retail and institutional levels, as well as the company’s growing business-to-business relationships.
Prior to joining TradeStation, Mr. Davies held director and senior management positions at Lazard, Panmure Gordon & Co., WestLB AG, Standard Chartered PLC and Morgan Stanley. He is FCA approved and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Mr. Davies received his degree in Economics from the University of Stirling in Stirling, Scotland.
Vice President of Business Development
Travis McGhee serves as Vice President of Business Development for TradeStation Group, Inc. and TradeStation Securities, Inc., where he is responsible for aligning the strategic mission of the firm with potential business opportunities, ventures and partnerships.
Prior to joining TradeStation, Mr. McGhee served as Vice President at Aperture Group (parent company of OptionsHouse), where he was the President of its media entity, optionMONSTER. Previously, he served as CEO of Wasatch Trading Partners and Vice President of Business Development for tradeMONSTER.
Mr. McGhee holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Lake Forest College and a master's degree in Management from New York University.
Vice President of Legal
Steven Greenbaum serves as Vice President of Legal of TradeStation Group, Inc. and General Counsel of TradeStation Securities, Inc. He is responsible for advising the firm on a wide variety of legal matters. He also directly handles or oversees dispute resolution and regulatory matters, and manages the Anti-Money Laundering and Fraud Prevention groups of TradeStation Securities.
Prior to joining TradeStation, Mr. Greenbaum worked for PaineWebber, Inc./UBS Financial Services, Inc., first as a commercial litigator and then as supervisor of the retail division counsel group. Mr. Greenbaum is a past president and a current board member of the Florida Securities Dealers Association, a non-profit organization that represents the securities industry’s interests in Tallahassee and educates the public on fraud awareness and prevention.
Mr. Greenbaum is rated AV® Preeminent™ by Martindale-Hubbell, is a Florida Supreme Court-certified mediator for civil and county court matters, and also serves as a FINRA arbitrator. Mr. Greenbaum is a member of the Bar of the States of Florida and Georgia (inactive). He earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Policy and his law degree from Tulane University.
Chief Risk Officer
Herbert Walton serves as Chief Risk Officer of TradeStation Group, Inc. and Chief Risk Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of TradeStation Securities, Inc. In these roles Mr. Walton is responsible for enabling efficient and effective governance of significant risks to the various business segments of the company and for managing compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
Prior to joining TradeStation, Mr. Walton was a Client Administrator for Neuberger Berman.
Mr. Walton holds a degree in Business from Miami Dade College.
Vice President of Strategic Brokerage Services
Nicholas LaMaina serves as Vice President of Strategic Brokerage Services for TradeStation Group, Inc. and TradeStation Securities, Inc. Mr. LaMaina is responsible for strengthening the brokerage product and service offering to realize the company’s global vision and is the firm’s designated executive liaison and customer advocate for more than a dozen industry groups and committees. Mr. LaMaina has also served as TradeStation Securities’ Vice President of Global Equities and Futures, Vice President, Global Order Routing, Director of Product Management and in various leadership roles in Product Management and Quality Assurance.
Mr. LaMaina studied Computer Engineering at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida.
Vice President of Human Resources
Andrea Maizes serves as Vice President of Human Resources for TradeStation Group, Inc. She has more than 25 years’ experience in human resource management in the technology and professional services sectors, and works closely with the executive team on talent acquisition and employee development and engagement programs.
Previously, Ms. Maizes served as Vice President of Human Resources at Equitrac, a document imaging company, and held leadership roles in human resources, recruiting and resource management at Convergent Group, Cambridge Technology Partners, Arthur Anderson and Deloitte and Touche.
Ms. Maizes earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts.
